  • Interpretation of system requirements and preparation of technical specifications for electrical energy storage systems
  • Definition, planning and component development of battery systems
  • Electrical, thermal, logical and mechanical energy storage design
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration in customer projects
  • Project management and reporting in various committees
  • Collaboration in the preparation of fault probability analyses and test plans
  • Preparation, review and commenting of development documents
  • Market observation and evaluation of technologies in regard to new energy storage concepts
  • Evaluation of technical problems up to implementation with appropriate measures
  • Support in the selection, coordination and monitoring of worldwide suppliers
  • Approval of electrical energy storage systems

Ihr Profil

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable degrees
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in the automotive or energy sector especially in the field of batteries, as well as low voltage and high voltage components
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical energy storage systems including battery management systems (HV batteries, capacitors)
  • Knowledge of the development and manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries
  • Good language skills in written and spoken English and German
  • Distinct ability to work in a team, initiative and willingness to travel
