  • Business Development:
    • Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to win
    • Drive technical presentations and conversations with customers
    • Cooperate with other departments and regions to meet objectives
  • Customer Relationship:
    • Develop contacts at every department and levels of customer organization
    • Drive relationship development (incl. top management) toward business results
    • Keeping account profiles
  • Planning Reporting :
    • Report on business development progress, against targets
    • Forecast mid-term revenue and design-ins
    • Develop, execute and review account strategy with management

Ihr Profil

  • Engineering University Degree - preferably in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience with sales of MCU, SoC, Analog, Power devices
  • Ability to develop an account toward clear set of targets, aligned with Renesas’ strategy,
  • Ability to develop sound action plan, and execute with constant progress checks
  • Knowledge of the automotive semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Agile with every required IT systems
