Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Provides professional advice and guidance on all HR matters of employee life cycle to line managers & staff & ensures correct policy interpretation in all these matters.
  • Administers programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities, working with external vendors if required.
  • Support and conduct hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor changes and trends in employment law and best practice to ensure continued compliance and ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.
  • Implement policies, guidelines, and procedures, and support employee engagement activities.
  • Managing and designing the Dual Study/Apprenticeship program in Germany; ensure high quality training standards for Dual Study/ Apprenticeship program, planning and coordination of dual study program, being first contact for students and internal trainers, Support in the planning and implementation of recruitment and marketing events, Coordination and planning of the start and end events.
  • Additionally, respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management from Germany regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Partner effectively with HR team members including Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment who are located across EMEA.
  • Participate in collaborative, cross-functional discussions and practices related to HR initiatives and support any other special projects as needed.
  • May input and maintain the human resource database and employee records and files, including hardcopy files. Documents activities as requested.
  • Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.

Ihr Profil

  • University degree or similar education level/experience, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Business/Economics.
  • Approximately 5 - 8 years of professional experience working in Human Resources, Advisor role 2-3 yrs. and preferable managing Dual Study/Apprenticeship programs in a company.
  • Possesses strong competence with the various tools, processes and procedures used to accomplish the job.  Is becoming a specialist in technical or business skills.  Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations. 
  • Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks.
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Experienced team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Excellent planning, organization & communication skills as well as high attention to detail.
  • Very good command of German and English language are key.
